Playoff Race: Oakland is in the seventh place in the GLCHL. The top six teams qualify for the conference playoffs. Oakland has 12 points. Six place Calvin has 14 points and plays at Adrian next Thursday night and host Adrian next weekend.

How To Get in: Simply put, Oakland is eliminated no matter what if Calvin picks up four points against Adrian next weekend. If Calvin is swept by Adrian in regulation Oakland will need one regulation win against Western Michigan or pick up three points this weekend to qualify as the sixth seed. If Calvin is swept in regulation and Oakland only picks up two points this weekend Oakland is eliminated. Calvin has the tie breaker. If Calvin Splits with Adrian, Oakland will need to sweep Western Michigan. Bottom line Oakland must pick up at least three points, maybe more depending on the Calvin-Adrian outcome.

Where OU Can Finish: The Golden Grizzlies could  still finish as high as the fourth seed or as low as the seventh place and miss the playoffs.
